For immediate release November 14, 2022 Kram Launches "Kram the Food Bank" Charity Drive Regina-Wascana's Michael Kram today issued a challenge to all other politicians, federal and provincial, of all political parties, as well as other community leaders and the general public, to join him in raising donations for the Regina Food Bank. "Soaring inflation is making it harder and harder for Canadian families to make ends meet, which has led to increasing use of food banks. Food bank use in Saskatchewan is up 37% this year over last year. Food banks are telling us that they are no longer just serving the poorest of the poor. They are now seeing increasing numbers of working families who are struggling to pay the bills." Kram emphasized that the campaign, and the issue, is non-partisan.
