UPDATE: CONSERVATIVES STAND UP FOR USE OF NATURAL HEALTH PRODUCTS
Over the past year, many of you have reached out to me to express your concerns over the Liberals' Bill C-47, which amended the Food and Drugs Act in such a way as to harm the competitiveness and availability of natural health products in Canada. The concerns I've heard in Regina have been echoed all across the country. Unlike the tone-deaf Liberals, my Conservative colleagues and I have been taking action to try to undo these harmful changes. In the last Parliament, Conservatives introduced Bill C-368 to undo these amendments, but the bill failed to become law due to Mark Carney's calling of the early, snap election.
